Guys you are just wasting your time on the hard drive. I called both the U.S and as well as Singapore, they advised me to contact your local australia store for any data recovery & these data recovery companies as charging from $500.00 to 2000.00 Australian dollars it’s better for opt a new one instead of relying on the seagate company, it does nothing, please rely on u r local computer store, or the other option google search for Data recovery program n install it in PC or Laptop, Attach ur drive n run the program, or simply forget the hard drive n purchase a new on….
