The Story of Tere Bin Laden is about a ambitious your reporter in Pakistan, Ali Hasan, who is very desperate to go to US to pursue his dreams. He try many times but is rejected by visa officials post 9/11.
So Ali Hasan (Ali Zafar) starts working in a news channnel and covering trivial stories. But do not loose the hope to migrate to US. Finally he meets Noora, who looks like Osama. Then he decides to give Noora an Osama makeover. He tapes his speech and produces a fake Osama Bin Laden video and sells it to other news channels to make his way to America.
The movie is produced by Walkwater media. The movie song Ullu ka patha is catching attention these days.
Walkwater media has also received an anonymous letter threatening them with dire consequenses if they release the film. As a precautionary measure word ‘laden’ has been dropped from the movie title for its Pakistan releases.
