<p>Indonesia’s Vice President Jusuf Kalla said: &#8220;People are trapped, hotels have collapsed, schools have collapsed, houses have collapsed and electricity has been cut off.&#8221;</p>
<p>Government ministers are on their way to Padang, with aid including tents, generators, food and water.</p>
